​I spent my childhood observing and eventually working in my parents small business. In my 20's and early 30's I started identifying opportunities to help my parents grow and transform their business based on experience I had gained during my career, as well as skills I sought out specifically to help them. I saw first hand many of the struggles they faced trying to make a profit and stay afloat. I worked with my parents to identify what sets their business apart from their competitors and where to focus effort for maximum results. We improved their online presence and promotional material, implemented ways to save time and discovered new opportunities to give their business wow factor. We re-energised the business, generated more sales and transformed my parents business, all on a shoestring budget.​ My parents have since sold their business but my passion lives on and I now help other businesses do the same.

My name is Laura Hultgren and I am a Business and Marketing Coach who helps business owners grow their business and improve their life.  I started in hospitality and tourism where I learnt about small business Marketing, Conference and Event Sales, Event Coordination, Guest Experience, Office, Operations and Resort Management. Since then, I've worked at an International Strategic Media Agency, planning and buying digital, traditional and outdoor advertising for some of Australia’s biggest retailers, energy and property companies, as well as spending over four years at a leading Australian online business.  Here I've seen first hand the emphasis placed on putting the customer at the heart of your decisions, whilst still actively pursuing profit.
